OEM International acquires Rauheat Oy

OEM International has today signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Rauheat Oy. The company, with head office in Rauma Finland, markets HVAC products to building and construction industry. The company has a yearly turnover of approximately 5 MEUR.

• Since 2008 Rauheat has built unique strong market position and we are looking forward to be a part of the future development. Rauheat offers energy-efficient HVAC products which are commonly known in the building and construction industry. Rauheat will essentially add a brand new market segment to the group, says Jörgen Zahlin, Managing Director and CEO for OEM International.

The acquisition is expected to have a marginal impact on OEM's profit for the current year.
