OEM Electronics AB, a subsidiary of OEM International, has today signed an agreement with the purpose of acquiring Scapro AB´s component sales business. The annual turnover is approximately MSEK 30 and the product range consists of keyboards, capacitors and ferrites. The acquisition will be finished during May and the date of accession is planned to be 1st of June 2011.
The acquisition is an asset deal where OEM acquires stock of goods, equipment, customer- and supplier deals as well as intellectual property.
The purchase sum amounts to approximately MSEK 3 plus an additional purchase sum based on how the business develops during 2011. The acquisition is expected to have a small positive impact on OEM's profit for the current year.
