Press release 2019-12-03

OEM International acquires pump division of Finisterra AS

OEM International has signed an agreement to acquire the pump division in Finisterra AS in Norway, which has annual sales of SEK 12 million. The division represents Hermetic, Flux and Almatec, that manufacture pumps for chemistry and industrial use.

  • The division will be integrated into OEM Automatic AS, which broadens our product range and strengthen the offer to our customers on the Norwegian market. OEM has long had a well-established pump business in Sweden, which makes pumps a natural product area to expand in the Norwegian market, comments Jörgen Zahlin, President and CEO of OEM International.

The acquisition is expected to have a marginal impact on OEM's profit for the current year.

The information was made public on 3 December 2019 at 14:00 CET.
