OEM International acquires Candelux Sp. z o.o. in Poland

OEM International has today signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Candelux Sp. z o.o. The company, with head office in Warsaw, Poland, is the distributor of lighting products of own and third party premium brands. Candelux has a yearly turnover of approximately 4 MEUR.

• Candelux has with more than 25 years' experience in working with both commercial and residential projects a strong position on the Polish lightning market. Beside continue developing Candelux it also gives an opportunity to launch Hide-a-lite lightning products in the Polish market, says Jörgen Zahlin, Managing Director and CEO for OEM International.

The acquisition is expected to have a marginal impact on OEM's profit for the current year.
