OEM International acquires display specialist Scannotec OY in Finland

OEM International has today signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Finnish Scannotec OY with possession from 30th of June 2015. Scannotec has 6 employees, head office in Espo and a yearly turnover of approximately 1.5 MEUR. Scannotec is a supplier of technical components and systems for guidance, information, surveillance and safety that could be used in public transport and in industrial facilities.

• Scannotec has built a strong market position in Finland and we will support the company´s future development by cooperation with our present businesses in Finland, says Jörgen Zahlin, Managing Director and CEO for OEM International.

The acquisition is expected to have a marginal positive impact on OEM's profit for the current year.
