OEM International acquires ATC Tape Converting AB

OEM International has today signed an agreement to acquire all shares in ATC Tape Converting AB. ATC Tape Converting, with head office in Swedish Järfälla, converts and markets industrial tape and has a yearly turnover of approximately 18 MSEK.

• ATC Tape Converting is a well-managed company with products and solutions that is a supplement to our existing product portfolio within the OEM-group. We will gradually deepen cooperation between ATC Tape Converting and OEM Electronics AB to use synergies and develop our offer, says Jörgen Zahlin, Managing Director and CEO for OEM International.

The acquisition is expected to have a marginal impact on OEM's profit for the current year.
