OEM International has today acquired Vanlid Transmission AB in Malmö and Hultsfred, with subsidiaries Ronson Transmission AB and Fenix Transmission AB. The company group markets transmission products in Sweden with an annual turnover of approximately 30 MSEK.
The purchase sum amounts to 8 MSEK. The acquisition is expected to have a small impact on OEM's profit for the current year.
