OEM International acquires Vanlid Transmission AB with subsidiaries

OEM International has today acquired Vanlid Transmission AB in Malmö and Hultsfred, with subsidiaries Ronson Transmission AB and Fenix Transmission AB. The company group markets transmission products in Sweden with an annual turnover of approximately 30 MSEK.

• Thanks to the acquisition we will add a new range of products complementing our present product range. Vanlid Transmission AB with subsidiaries are well managed companies that we gradually will develop together with present management, says Jörgen Zahlin, Managing Director and CEO for OEM International.

The purchase sum amounts to 8 MSEK. The acquisition is expected to have a small impact on OEM's profit for the current year.
