OEM International has the 23rd of October 2012 signed an agreement to acquire TemFlow Control AB in Stockholm. The company markets components and systems for monitoring pressure, flow and temperature in Sweden. TemFlow Control AB has an annual turnover of approximately 13 MSEK.
The purchase sum amounts to 4 MSEK. The acquisition is expected to have a small impact on OEM's profit for the current year.
