OEM International acquires TemFlow Control AB

OEM International has the 23rd of October 2012 signed an agreement to acquire TemFlow Control AB in Stockholm. The company markets components and systems for monitoring pressure, flow and temperature in Sweden. TemFlow Control AB has an annual turnover of approximately 13 MSEK.

• We are looking forward to develop the company and use the synergies with OEM Automatic in Sweden. TemFlow has a competitive product range and extensive experience in delivering carefully selected products on the Swedish market, says Jörgen Zahlin, Managing Director and CEO for OEM International.

The purchase sum amounts to 4 MSEK. The acquisition is expected to have a small impact on OEM's profit for the current year.
