OEM International acquires All Motion Technology

OEM International has today acquired All Motion Technology. All Motion Technology has a turnover of approximately MSEK 30 on a yearly basis, with sales in the Nordic countries. This acquisition is a to expand the customer offer and strengthen the position within motion technology.

• All Motion is a well-managed company with a very interesting product portfolio. We see a large potential in coordination with OEM's product range and to increase our competitiveness within electrical motors in the Nordic market, says Jörgen Zahlin, managing director and CEO for OEM International.

All Motion Technology markets electrical motors with high requirements of exactness and precision. The head office is located in Stockholm and the company has 5 employees.

The purchase sum amounts to approximately MSEK 9.5 plus an additional purchase sum based on how the business develops until 2012. The acquisition is expected to have a small positive impact on OEM's profit for the current year.
