Revised proposal for the board of OEM International AB

In the published notice to the annual general meeting of OEM International AB on April 23, 2024, the nomination committee has proposed a new election of Eric Persson. In light of that Eric Persson obtained new employment after the announcement, the nomination committee and Eric have jointly identified a risk of future potential conflicts of interest. Consequently, the nomination committee has decided to revise previous proposal for the board.

The nomination committee's proposal for the board is revised as follows: For the period until the next annual general meeting, the nomination committee proposes re-election of board members Ulf Barkman, Mattias Franzén, Richard Pantzar, Jörgen Rosengren, Petter Stillström, Per Svenberg and Åsa Söderström Winberg. Petter Stillström is proposed as chairman of the board.
