Transaction in own shares
The Company announces that on 22 May 2020, it purchased 275,000 of its own ordinary 1p shares at a price of 83.0 pence per share. The shares have been placed into Treasury.
Following this transaction, the Company has 88,257,211 ordinary shares in issue, of which 275,000 ordinary shares are held in Treasury. Each share carries one vote. Accordingly, the number of shares with voting rights in issue is 87,982,211. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
