Issue Price of Placing and WRAP Retail Offer

Further to the announcement on 12 July 2024 (the "Fundraising Announcement"), the board of Odyssean Investment Trust plc (the "Company") confirms that the issue price of the new ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") to be issued pursuant to the Placing and the WRAP Retail Offer is 174 pence per Share, representing a premium of 1.0% to the cum-income NAV per Share as at 16 July 2024.

The Placing and the WRAP Retail Offer close at 2:00pm on 17 July 2024 and the results of the Fundraising will be announced on 18 July 2024.

Terms used but not defined shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Placing and Retail Offer Announcement.
