COMUNICADO AO MERCADO

A Odontoprev S.A. (B3:ODPV3; "Odontoprev" ou "Companhia"), em continuidade aos avisos de fato relevante divulgados pela Companhia em 27 de fevereiro, 6 e 31 de março e 6 de abril de 2026, vem comunicar aos seus acionistas e ao mercado em geral que, no contexto da combinação de negócios envolvendo a Companhia e a Bradesco Gestão de Saúde S.A. ("BGS" e "Operação", respectivamente), a partir do pregão do dia 5 de maio de 2026 (inclusive), as ações de emissão da Companhia passarão a ser negociadas na B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão sob o novo código de negociação (ticker) "SAUD3" e seu nome de pregão passará a ser "BRADSAUDE".

A mudança do ticker e do nome de pregão está alinhada à alteração da denominação social da Companhia de "Odontoprev S.A." para "Bradsaúde S.A.", conforme aprovada pela assembleia geral extraordinária da Companhia realizada em 6 de abril de 2026 ("AGE"), e cuja eficácia está condicionada tão somente à homologação da incorporação das ações da BGS (e das matérias correlatas aprovadas na AGE) pelos Conselhos de Administração da Companhia e da BGS, o que ocorrerá em 30 de abril de 2026.

A Companhia manterá seus acionistas e o mercado em geral devidamente informados sobre a efetiva implementação da Operação e demais desdobramentos relevantes a ela relacionados.

NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Odontoprev S.A. (B3: ODPV3; "Odontoprev" or the "Company"), further to the material fact notices disclosed by the Company on February 27, March 6, March 31 and April 6, 2026, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, in the context of the business combination involving the Company and Bradesco Gestão de Saúde S.A. ("BGS" and the "Transaction", respectively), as of the trading session on May 5, 2026 (inclusive), the shares issued by the Company will begin trading on B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão under the new trading code (ticker) "SAUD3", and its trading name will be changed to "BRADSAUDE".

The change of the ticker and trading name is aligned with the change of the Company's corporate name from "Odontoprev S.A." to "Bradsaúde S.A.", as approved at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held on April 6, 2026 ("EGM"), the effectiveness of which is subject solely to the ratification of the share merger of BGS (and the related matters approved at the EGM) by the Boards of Directors of the Company and BGS, which will take place on April 30, 2026.

The Company will keep its shareholders and the market in general duly informed of the effective implementation of the Transaction and any other relevant developments related thereto.
