Further, pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from Friday, February 13, 2026 till Tuesday, February 24, 2026 (both days inclusive).
