Sub: Outcome of the Board Meeting
Dear Sir/ Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A, Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), we wish to inform that, the Board in its meeting held today, March 26, 2026 has inter alia;
1. Resignation of Ms. Guddi Bharatbhai Chauhan, Chief Financial Officer:
Took note and accepted the resignation of Ms. Guddi Bharatbhai Chauhan from the position of Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company effective from the closure of the business hours on March 26, 2026.
The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed herewith as Annexure-A. The Resignation Letter received from Ms. Guddi Bharatbhai Chauhan dated March 13, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure-B.
2. Appointment of Ms. Saumya Yagnik as Chief Financial Officer of the Company:
Considering the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee, the Board has appointed Ms. Saumya Yagnik as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company effective from March 27, 2026.
The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are enclosed herewith as Annexure-C.
The Board Meeting commenced at 04.30 p.m. and concluded at 05.15 p.m.

I, Guddi Chauhan, Chief Financial Officer ["CFO"] and Key Managerial Personnel ("KMP") of the Company hereby tender my resignation from the position of CFO and KMP due to some personal reasons as I will be relocating abroad.I hereby confirm that there are no other reasons other than my relocation for personal reasons.
I am grateful for the opportunity provided and the valuable experience I have gained duringmy tenure with the Company.
I request you to kindly relieve me from my duties andresponsibilities at your earliest convenience. I further request that my name be removed as a CFO and KMP, wherever required under SEBI Regulations as well as Companies Act, 2013 and rules madethereunder and please arrange to file necessary intimations/ forms with concerned regulatoryauthorities including Registrar of Companies.
