Further to the announcement on 26 February 2026, Odfjell Technology is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed the acquisition of a 70% ownership stake in Kaseum Holdings Limited (“Kaseum”) and Razor Oiltools Limited (“Razor Oiltools”).
