Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc announces the following purchases of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by directors of the Company at a price of 103.5 pence per Ordinary Share pursuant to the Issue announced on 10 June 2021:

1.    Philip Austin (Non-Executive Chairman) purchased 14,804 Ordinary Shares;

2.    Audrey McNair (Non-Executive Director) purchased 1,449 Ordinary Shares; and

3.    James Cameron (Non-Executive Director) purchased 8,612 Ordinary Shares.
