Result of General Meeting

Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc is pleased to announce that, at the general meeting of the Company's shareholders held at 9.30 a.m. this morning, the special resolution (the "Resolution"), as set out in the circular dated 11 May 2021 (the "Circular"), was passed. The Resolution was put to the meeting and duly passed on a poll. The results are detailed as follows:

*A vote withheld is not a vote in law and is therefore not counted towards the proportion of votes "For" or "Against" the Resolution.

The text of the Resolution is contained in the notice of general meeting set out in the Circular, a copy of which is available on the Company's website at www.octopusrenewablesinfrastructure.com/investors/.

Following the passing of the Resolution and as described in the Circular, the Company has today entered into a deed of release in respect of its shareholders and a deed of release in respect of its directors.

In accordance with LR9.6.2R, copies of the resolution will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism website and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
