Description	OCK GROUP BERHAD ("OCK" OR THE "COMPANY") LISTING OF EI POWER BERHAD ("EIP") ON THE ACE MARKET OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD ("BURSA SECURITIES") ("LISTING")
Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Company's announcements dated 26 August 2025, 8 September 2025, 12 September 2025, 19 December 2025, 25 March 2026, 2 April 2026 and 21 April 2026 in relation to the Listing ("Announcements"). On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that as at the closing of acceptance and payment for the Restricted Offering at 5.00 p.m. on 6 May 2026, a total of 855 applications for 44,747,800 new EIP Shares with a value of RM21.48 million were received from the Entitled Shareholders of OCK for 14,000,000 new EIP Shares made available for application by the Entitled Shareholders of OCK, which represents an oversubscription rate of 2.20 times. The allotment of the EIP Shares to all successful applicants and the refund of application monies to unsuccessful applicants of EIP Shares will be carried out based on the timeframes as set out in the Prospectus dated 21 April 2026. Further, the listing of and quotation for the entire enlarged issued share capital of EIP on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities is expected to be on 21 May 2026. This announcement is dated 11 May 2026.
