OCI N.V. Raises EUR 151 Million Through Private Placement of 4.2 Million Shares

OCI N.V. (NYSE Euronext: OCI) today announced it has raised EUR 151 Million through a private placement of 4.2 million new shares at EUR 36 per share. OCI N.V.'s new shares outstanding will total 210,113,854 following the placement.

OCI intends to use the proceeds of this capital increase to support capitalization of the construction business currently being spun off and to finance on-going growth initiatives of the Fertilizer & Chemicals Group.
