OCI N.V. Confirms Discussions Regarding Possible Combinations or Transactions

OCI NV (NYSE Euronext: OCI) today confirmed that it is currently holding discussions about possible combinations or transactions. There can be no assurance that these discussions will result in a definitive agreement. OCI does not intend to further comment on these matters at this stage and will make future announcements if and when appropriate.
