Further to Oceanteam ASA’s announcement dated 26 March 2021 regarding the sale of CSV Southern Ocean by Oceanteam Bourbon 4 AS, a joint venture company of Oceanteam ASA and Bourbon Offshore Norway AS, the vessel sale transaction has been completed.
