Due to the depreciation of the Brazilian Real and the closing USD / Brazilian Real exchange rate as at 31 December 2014 of 2.6562 the Board of Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited expects, despite the underlying trading results for the year ended on that date having been satisfactory, that profit before and after tax for the year will be below market expectations.
