DIRECTOR'S INTERESTS

Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited announces that it has received notification of the following transaction relating to ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

Mr. K Middleton, a Director of Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited, purchased 10,000 shares at £10.70p per Ordinary Share on 20th November 2014 and 10,000 shares at £10.69 on 21st November 2014.

Following this transaction, Mr. K Middleton's total beneficial holding in the Company is 30,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.085 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.

The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
