Ocean Sun AS – Registration of share capital increase

Oslo, Norway, 11 December 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on 2 December 2025 by Ocean Sun AS ("Ocean Sun" or the "Company") regarding a successful private placement of 4,948,620 new shares in the Company, raising gross proceeds of NOK 9,897,240 (the "Private Placement").

The share capital increase in connection with the Private Placement has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following this, the Company's share capital is NOK 499,348.20, divided into 49,934,820 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.01.
