Ocean Sun AS: Minutes from Annual General Meeting

Ocean Sun AS held its annual general meeting On Tuesday 4 June 2024 at 10:00 (CEST) at Vollsveien 4, 1366 Lysaker, Norway.

All proposals on the agenda, except for point 7 and 9, respectively renumeration of the members of the board and board authorization to increase the share capital – option, were adopted. Point 7 and 9 were adopted following adjustments proposed in the meeting, as evident in attached minutes.
