ANNOUNCEMENT LAPSE OF THE PLACING

INTRODUCTION

Reference is made to the prospectus of My Heart Bodibra Group Limited (the ‘‘Company’’) dated 25 January 2017 (the ‘‘Prospectus’’) and the announcement of the Company dated 3 February 2017. Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, terms defined in the Prospectus have the same meanings when used in this announcement.

LAPSE OF THE PLACING

In view of the enquiries made by the regulators in relation to the requirements under Rule 11.23 of the GEM Listing Rules, the conditions of the Placing as set out in the Prospectus have not been fulfilled on or before 24 February 2017, being the date which is the 30th day after the date of the Prospectus. Accordingly, the Placing has lapsed and all monies received from the applicants of the Placing Shares will be refunded to them without interest.

The Company would like to express its gratitude to all investors who expressed an interest in the Placing as well as their support and positive feedback during the Placing.

The Company remains committed to proceed with the Listing of the Shares in the future.
