(Verdal, 19 August 2022) The extraordinary general meeting of Ocean GeoLoop AS ("OGL") (OSE: OCEAN) to resolve the issuance of shares to Chevron U.S.A. Inc. ("Chevron") as part of Chevron's NOK ~100 million investment in OGL was held today, 19 August 2022. The issuance of shares to Chevron, together with the other matters on the agenda, was approved.
