Sub: Intimation of Board Meeting and Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2025, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2025.

Further, the Board may consider and approve an Interim Dividend on equity shares, if any, for the Financial Year 2025-2026 at the said meeting.

Further, pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window has been closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from October 01, 2025 and will be re-open after expiry of 48 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results to the Stock Exchanges.
