Ocado Group plc (the "Company") announces, pursuant to rule 3.1.2R of the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, that the four directors listed below (the "Directors") have elected to participate in the 2015 Ocado Sharesave Scheme ("2015 SAYE").  An element of this participation involves the Directors being granted options to purchase ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Options"), at an exercise price of 324 pence per share. The 2015 SAYE is HMRC approved and is available to all of the Company's employees on identical terms.
