Ocado Group plc (the "Company") makes the following announcement regarding the participation of one of its Executive Directors in the Ocado Sharesave Scheme ("Sharesave").
The Sharesave is a tax advantaged share scheme offered to all eligible employees of the Company on the same terms. It offers the opportunity for employees to buy ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Shares") in the Company using savings accumulated over a three year period. The maximum amount permitted by HMRC to be invested in all Sharesave schemes is £6,000 per annum.
