Further to the announcement on 27 August 2020 regarding the appointment of Stephen Daintith as Chief Financial Officer of Ocado Group plc ("Ocado" or the "Company"), the Company is pleased to announce that Stephen Daintith will become Chief Financial Officer and join the Ocado Board as an Executive Director with effect from 22 March 2021.
