Committee Chairman appointment

Ocado Group plc ("Ocado") today announces that Andrew Harrison, current Non-Executive Director and member of the Remuneration Committee, will become Chairman of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 12 April 2018, succeeding Douglas McCallum.

Andrew has been a member of the Remuneration Committee since March 2016. Douglas has been a member of the Remuneration Committee since October 2011 and the Chairman of the Committee since January 2013. Douglas will remain a Committee member.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.
