In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 Ocado has today submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024 and the Form of Proxy for the 2024 Annual General Meeting.
The Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy are available on Ocado's website: www.ocadogroup.com and will also be available for viewing on the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
