Notice of Annual General Meeting 2016

Ocado Group plc ("Ocado") has today submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's national storage mechanism its notice of annual general meeting 2016 and the proxy form for the annual general meeting (as required by Listing Rules 9.6.1 and 9.6.3).

The notice of annual general meeting and proxy form for the annual general meeting are available on Ocado's website: www.ocadogroup.com.

These documents will also be available for viewing at the Financial Conduct Authority's national storage mechanism www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

Ocado's annual general meeting will be held on Wednesday, 4 May 2016 at 11a.m., at Peterborough Court, 133 Fleet Street, London, EC4A 2BB.
