Observe Medical ASA: Notice of Annual General Meeting

Oslo, April 30, 2021 - Observe Medical ASA (OSE:OBSRV): The annual general

meeting of Observe Medical ASA will be held on Friday, May 21, 2021 at 09:00

(CET) in the Observe Medical offices in Henrik Ibsens gate 90 (3rd floor), 0255

Oslo. The Notice of the Annual General Meeting is attached. Due to the

restrictions caused by Covid-19 and advice from the Norwegian authorities in

connection therewith, all shareholders are encouraged to exercise their

shareholder rights without physical attendance at the General Meeting. The

Notice is posted electronically or by mail to all shareholders and is available
