In connection with the comunication of other relevant information dated 24 February 2021 (with number 7331) regarding the temporal suspension with effects from 23 February 2021 of the liquidity agreement entered into with Santander Investment Bolsa, Sociedad de Valores, S.A.U. dated 6 July 2017 pursuant to the provisions of the "Circular 1/2017, de 26 de abril, de la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores, sobre los contratos de liquidez" (communicated to the market through a relevant fact notice (hecho relevante) dated 10 July 2017 and registration number 254407)  and inside information dated 28 June 2021 (with number 957) where it is reported that all the transactions foreseen to conclude the Restructuring as contemplated in the Scheme have been completed, the Company informs that it will proceed to reactivate the liquidity agreement entered into Santander Investment Bolsa, Sociedad de Valores, S.A.U.  aforementioned with effect from 30 June 2021.
