INSIDE INFORMATION NOTICE

In relation to the news appeared in the digital media yesterday and in some paper press today about a possible sale transaction of the entire shareholding in the project of the so-called Old War Office in London, the Company informs the market that it is true that the Company is in advanced negotiations for the sale of its entire stake (49%) in the project in favor of its current partner, 57 Whitehall Investments S.à.rl, a subsidiary of Hinduja Group, without having reached a definitive agreement as of today. As soon as this happens, the Company will inform the market of the basic conditions of the transaction and the reflection that it will have in its accounts.
