Ref. Notification of Significant Event: Possible interest of CSCE on OHL

The company, OBRASCON HUARTE LAIN, S.A. (OHL), in compliance with current legislation, hereby reports the following:

Significant Event

In relation to the information appeared in the press related to the possible interest of China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd ("CSCE") in a corporate transaction involving OHL, the Company informs that CSCE has communicated its interest in a possible acquisition of a stake in the Company, and as such it has requested to have access to review and analyse certain documentation.

OHL´s Board of Directors has authorized such review and analysis under the confidentiality arrangements customary in these cases, without having received at the time being any offers from CSCE nor having taken any decision to this respect.
