("OHL" or the "Company"), pursuant to article 226 of the consolidated text of the Spanish Securities Market Act approved by Royal Legislative Decree 4/2015, of 23 October, hereby notifies the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores) ("CNMV") the following

INSIDE INFORMATION NOTICE

In relation to the inside information notice dated 10 June 2021 regarding the sale by the Company, through its 100% owned subsidiary Obrascón Huarte Laín Desarrollos, S.A.U. ("OHLD"), of its 49% stake in the Old War Office project in favor of 57 Whitehall Investments S.à.rl, a subsidiary of Hinduja Group (the "Buyer"), the Company informs that it has reached a definitive agreement with the Buyer by virtue of which the transfer of the Company's entire stake in said project (the "Transaction") has occurred on the date hereof.

The Transaction, which implies the fulfilment of one of the milestones of OHL Group's assets rotation plan, will not have a material impact on its accounts in accordance with the provisions of the prospectus of the recent capital increase.
