OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION NOTICE
In connection with the communications of other relevant information dated 16 March 2021 and 18 March 2021 (with numbers 7993 and 8044), the Company informs that the Convening Hearing in relation to the Scheme was held on the date hereof and that, by an order dated 18 March 2021, the Court has directed that a meeting of the Company and the Scheme Creditors shall be convened on 9 April 2021 for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving (with or without modification) the Scheme.
The Company will continue to inform in a timely manner of all relevant issues in relation to the Scheme process and will circulate further information in relation to the Scheme Meeting to Scheme Creditors in due course.
