In addition to the Significant Event announcement with CNMV number: 279.210 published on June, 17th 2020, OHL announces that, in relation to the debt that GVM and Pacadar have with the Company (the Debt), parties have reached an agreement resulting in the extension of the maturity of the Debt for thirty (30) additional calendar days, starting on September, 30th 2020.
