INSIDE INFORMATION

In addition to Significant Event announcement number: 286.447 published on February, 4th 2020, the company announces that, Caabsa Infraestructuras S.A. de C.V. (Caabsa) and OHL have agreed to terminate the exclusivity period, that they had reciprocally granted, to study the possible merger operation between OHL and Caabsa's construction business.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Grupo Villar Mir S.A.U. has informed OHL that they continue the conversations with Amodio family, Caabsa owners, aimed to a possible rotation of part of its stake in OHL.
