In addition to Significant Event announcement number: 9333B published on February, 4th, in which it was made public the evolution on various transactions aimed to generate a positive impact on the achievement of its business plan and the consolidation of its competitive position in the market. OHL announces that, taking into account the present uncertainty created by the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), has reached an agreement with its reference Banks to reinforce the Group's liquidity position in an amount up to 140 million euros guaranteed by Spain's Government (ICO). This, in line with the company's roadmap and together with financial and legal advisors, includes the analysis of alternatives for its long-term financial and balance sheet structure, including the current outstanding bond issues.
