Ref.: Notification of Significant Event: Liquidity Contract

The company, OBRASCON HUARTE LAIN, S.A. (OHL), in compliance with current legislation, hereby reports the following:

Significant Event

Obrascon Huarte Lain, S.A. announces that on June 30, 2017, the company has terminated the Liquidity Agreement entered into on October 22, 2012 with Santander Investment Bolsa, Sociedad de Valores, S.A.U. as its counterparty.

The Company will to enter into a new Liquidity Contract with Santander Investment Bolsa, Sociedad de Valores S.A.U. within the next few days under and in accordance with the CNMV Circular 1/2017 of April 26 on Liquidity Contracts, following the implementation of this Regulation. Likewise, OHL will also announce the details of the transactions carried out under the former Liquidity Contract as regulated by Circular 3/2007 from the date of the last communication made in this regard, by means of the issuing of a Significant Event.
