The Company informs, in addition to the Inside Information released today (CNMV ref. number 595) in connection to the sale of the stake in the company that owns the Nuevo Hospital de Toledo concession and its operator, that the estimated capital gains of the transaction will be within a range between 45 and 50 million euros.
