This is to inform you that while uploading the prior intimation submitted pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, an inadvertent typographical error occurred only in the subject line of the PDF covering letter Dt. 21.05.2026, wherein the date was wrongly mentioned as “30.05.2025”.

We hereby clarify that the date of the Board Meeting was correctly mentioned as “28.05.2026” in the XBRL filing as well as in the contents/body of the covering letter Dt. 21.05.2026. The error was limited only to the subject line of the PDF covering letter.

Accordingly, for the purpose of clarity and proper record, we are resubmitting the revised prior intimation with the corrected subject line.
