OBDUCAT has received an order for the EITRE 3 development system for nanoimprint lithography (NIL). The order value amounts to approximately SEK 2.8 million and delivery is planned for the fourth quarter of 2025.
The university will use Obducat's EITRE 3 system in its R&D activities focusing on micro- and nanofabrication. The system enables the replication of patterns on a micro- and nanometer scale and is well suited for academic environments where flexibility and repeatability are key. This is the university's first order to Obducat.
