NZME completes acquisition of BusinessDesk

AUCKLAND, 17 January 2022 : NZME Limited (NZX: NZM, ASX: NZM) (“ NZME ”) is pleased to advise that the acquisition of BusinessDesk has completed.

The acquisition was announced in November 2021. NZME will now work with the BusinessDesk team to supercharge their growth and realise the full potential of the opportunity to support New Zealand’s business community with comprehensive and trusted business news.
