Update on NZME acquisition of BusinessDesk

AUCKLAND, 20 December 2021 : NZME Limited (NZX: NZM, ASX: NZM) (“ NZME ”) is pleased to advise that the procedural conditions for the acquisition of BusinessDesk have now been satisfied and the transaction is expected to complete in mid January 2022. The transaction remains subject to the condition that no material adverse event occurs prior to completion.
